No bueno. The person who took my call said she only had visibility into her own schedule (so why wouldn't you employ a scheduler?) and she was 7 weeks out. When I expressed my dismay, she snapped at me and said I shouldn't wait until the last minute to schedule! Crabby old lady. Went to Great Clips instead and had a happy experience. BTW - this Cousin's Hair Design was in Mountlake Terrrace, WA.

Great place to get a haircut and color! All of the hairdressers are super friendly and nice. They do an outstanding job. Especially Liz she's wonderful! I recommend cousins to everybody! Definitely a five-star place!

If I could do a 0 review rating I would. My daughter's birthday is today and went to get her a haircut but was told that there is no cousins anymore because it was sold so they wouldn't honor the gift card we have. They have no intention of making it right and could care less how we feel

So disappointed. Came in for a color and cut. My hair was butchered. And my hair color was so dark. I am never coming here again. Spent almost $200 and my hair looks like shit. I now have to go to another salon and have them fix the color cause the length is too jacked up. I am so upset! DO NOT COME HERE!!
