Great staff! Everyone is always so kind and genuinely loving when taking care of my pup. We’ve had a great experience every time we visit, and I really appreciate the thoughtful follow-up afterward. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!
The doc is great, and so is the staff; we just need a tinier Dremel tool bit for my box turtle's mouth. I'm bringing in my other two for beak trims as soon as I can. With the right equipment this will go even smoother.
This has been the official veterinary for all of my cats for several years now. I used to live within walking distance from this Mountlake Terrace office. Now even though I've moved to Everett I still prefer to bring my kitties here for following reasons:
1) Staff is very kind , informative & professional. Even when calling after hours, the answer service is helpful & precise.
2) Office is clean & comfortable.
3) Prices are quite reasonable
4) Financing available from Cherry Credit
Today Dr. DAY and staff were especially accommodating with me and kitties ear infection.
