Helpful, wonderful, and kind staff! I found a lost dog by the side of the road on my drive down from BC on Friday night. I took him to AEC for a microchip scan where they welcomed me and were able to help me immediately-- the staff members connected me with animal control and the humane society, so the lost dog found his way to a warm and safe place that night. Thank you so much!

True angels appear in your path when needed. They come in a form of a compassionate staff and vet. Im sorry I forgot the name of the vet who euthanized our ailing 17 yr old cat Lucy last evening January 6 2026. But I commend your staff for your professionalism and your deep genuine caring— something we and our 17 year old cat needed. Job well done for bringing our cat comfort and peace…RIP to our beautiful Lucy who was trying to be strong when she was so weak

Had a 1 1/2 cat that wasnt doing well, ended up being a blockage and while I was crushed and crying because he needed to be put down, the staff was there for me and I felt so supported. Thank you to the crew on Thanksgiving night.
