Using the website, however, is a challenge—no direct link to make or cancel an appt and no explanation of what the cryptically named options are. C’mon, HQ, you can do better!
Set an appointment online and they were available on time. She was friendly, professional, and quick to figure out what I wanted. She was quick to get the haircut done while being conscious that I was comfortable. I will definitely come back. Only reason I gave 4 stars is when picking a stylist I can not remember any of their names and it would be great if there was some record of who cut my hair previously.
