I recently visited the Great Clips in Mount Vernon, WA and had a great experience. I booked online ahead of time, walked in, and didn’t have to wait at all—super smooth and efficient. They have a coupon that knocked a couple bucks off the price, which let me give a little extra tip to my stylist.
The stylist who cut my hair was friendly, personable, and amply skilled. She checked in a few times to make sure everything was good as she went and explained that they keep detailed notes on each haircut so they can get it right every time. The stylist that did my hair was SO sweet!! She was very talkative and welcoming and I really enjoyed talking to her.
Only thing is…..my hair did not get cut the way I was hoping and I wanted to cry when I got to my vehicle. I didn’t say anything because there is really no going back once the hair is gone.
I wanted a cute female mullet cut and that’s not what I got. When I got home I was able to play with the cut alittle and make it work but I feel if someone isn’t comfortable with the clients request….they should let the client know.
