I have been going to Quality Sewing for many years and have bought several sewing and serger machines from them. I have attended classes there to learn new techniques and also to use the new machines. I have also used their repair services and I have never had a complaint with any work done. There has been a couple of instances where I brought a machine in to be repaired and one of the people there was able to rectify the problem saving me from having to have the machine gone for a few weeks. I have two shops near my home, so I use them both for parts, notions, and fabric I need for quilting. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. I have purchased a machine from this shop during a wonderful promotional sale that I see is repeated yearly. My machine’s maintenance plan is accepted at any of the locations and covers regular yearly cleaning and maintenance as well as any problems that come up in use. My home town has no fabric shops any linger, so I rely on Quality Sewing as a first stop for fabrics, thread, stabilizers and notions!
