I purchased a vacuum cleaner from quality and it's one of the best vacuums I've owned in many years. The price was decent but its the customer service that is outstanding. They take good care of you. I definitely will go back. I appreciate their services and friendly staff. Its old school and I love it! Thank you!

This is the place to go - especially if you are a beginner quilter like me and have tons of questions! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and take whatever time is needed to help. They have great prices, a fantastic variety of machines and the newest technology in the industry...and will match their competitor's prices. Adam and Susan are top-notch!

I have been going to Quality Sewing for many years and have bought several sewing and serger machines from them. I have attended classes there to learn new techniques and also to use the new machines. I have also used their repair services and I have never had a complaint with any work done. There has been a couple of instances where I brought a machine in to be repaired and one of the people there was able to rectify the problem saving me from having to have the machine gone for a few weeks.
