Update. Had a strange problem that I thought was a fan. Matt was able to determine that it was a failed hard drive. He resolved the issue and cleaned my pc for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this business for pc repair. 4/7/26

Matt at PC New Horizons was absolutely amazing with helping me get my Gaming PC back up and running. He was very informative and showed me everything I needed to upgrade/fix and what I can do in the future to help better my performance. Super quick responses and just a very nice person to deal with. Matt at PC New Horizons was professional, knowledgeable and efficient in transferring files, pictures and important programs from my old outdated computer tower to my new one. All the important stuff was saved. His website does give you a cost sheet but mine wasn’t noted. Thanks Matt, I am up and running once again.
