The staff are incredibly professional and friendly. Denise, who runs the front desk, knows everyone by name and greets them so warmly as soon as they walk in the door. I started seeing Dr. O’Dwyer as a last resort after being told that I would have to live with and get used to my Tinnitus, hearing loss, and migraines. The NIS treatments have been nothing short of mind boggling. Dr. O’Dwyer has been able to pinpoint and correct several underlying conditions (past concussions, viral infections, vertigo, and extreme sensitivity in my ears to name a few). This office is established, clean and professional. Jeff and Brian have given our family thoughtful and results driven care. They don't pressure you...they don't need to. Denise is amazing at the front desk, I think some people misjudge her in their reviews because she is a fast talker and a multitasker, she cares about every patient and makes sure everyone is taken care of with precision.
Denise at the front desk is phenomenal. She knows everyone and when you walk in she makes you feel like family. She is the absolute best human! I see Jeff and he is amazing! He listens to what I’m feeling through out my body and fixes me. I started coming to him when I was pregnant and wow, what a difference he made. Love love love this office! I highly recommend.
