After reviewing their web site, I was comfortable with their overall approach for family law issues. During the initial consultation, Tracy explained various options for processing a separation contract and terminating a long-term marriage. She clearly explained the process, expenses, payment requirements, and other details. There was ample time for my specific questions and concerns. My former spouse and I elected to create a mutually agreeable separation contract prior to initiating the divorce. This streamlined the process and enabled us to make our own decisions concerning the division of assets.

My primary contact was Larissa Mercer, a paralegal and JD. She ensured the separation contract, and its changes, were accurately prepared in a timely manner. She kept us informed of the status of documents as they were filed and approved. Both Larissa and Tracy helped me resolve an unexpected issue that arose after the separation contract had been approved.
