Michelle in the office was very helpful pointing me in the right direction to get appt setup. Jeff went the extra mile to get our well used carpet looking great! He even got the green slime stuck in the playroom carpet to disappear! He's like a magician! Great job, would recommend Chem Dry to anyone wanting to bring new life to their floors.

We had our carpets cleaned yesterday. I called to have our carpets cleaned on Tuesday and Michele got back to me immediately and by Thursday we had an appointment. I had constant communication from Michele and the the technician Jeff. Jeff was so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We have animals (that includes a 17 1/2 yr old cat) and unfortunately had some animals stains that needed attention. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!!! I would recommend Chen-Dry of Mount Vernon to anyone. Was such a pleasure doing business with you and any future business.
