We moved to Mt. Vernon last winter and needed a new vet. We chose Dr. Thomas because the office is close to my job. Little did we know, we were picking THE best vet! We have a six year old boxer and a boxer puppy. He loves on them every time we go and his office girls are wonderful, too! They are never too busy to get us in and are always so kind. We've taken multiple pets to Dr Thomas over 25 years and he and his staff are always wonderful to us and our pets and take the time to listen to our concerns. They went above and beyond for us after having to put our 6 year old dog down last month from a sudden and heartbreaking cancer diagnosis.

For 10 years I have taken my cats to Thomas. I've spent thousands of dollars with them. This morning I called about my very sick cat and asked to be soon asap. I was informed that I would have to pay $600.00 in advance of the doctor even looking at him. I explained that I had just had to pay a very large tax bill but would be able to pay them in full on March 17. The very hateful uncaring receptionist informed me that my cat would most likely die if I didn't bring him in
