They were incredibly kind and patient and attentive. I didn't feel rushed or dismissed with any of my 7 million questions. They were all great. The worst place to end up in the middle of the night on vacation but I don't think I could have ended up anywhere better.
I'm really not sure why there are so many negative reviews about the cost. I felt it was more than reasonable. and as far as wait times... it's a 24 hour emergency clinic they are as quick as they can be.
Anna Parker is the most empathetic & honest veterinarian I have met. We had to put our little cat down which was a horrifying experience on its own but Anna, from the moment we walked in showed nothing but care and compassion for our kitty and myself. I’ve been to the vet quite a few times in the past 2 years and Anna, by far, is the most patient, kind and understanding. It’s obvious she has a job she loves and genuinely cares for people and our pets. Thank you Anna, you are appreciated!!!

Last night, I had the misfortune of needing emergency care for our 14 year old boxer. Our boy. He started cluster seizures at 0300am. I rushed all the way from Lynden with my boy. I carried him inside, still convulsing and no questions were asked. The receptionist rushed out with a gurney, instantly. They rushed him to the back with the vet.
Unfortunately, as I suspected, he was beyond saving. I had to let him go. They rolled him into the room so I could say goodbye. The doctor put him to sleep, peacefully as I kissed and hugged him.
