Ryan wired my generator to my house electrical panel last year. I needed it just yesterday (2025) as the flooding and high winds caused downed trees and cut power lines. I had no power for 36 hours. I tried connecting the generator (it is an easy process even for a woman) but could not get power to the house. I called Ryan who immediately returned my call and helped me troubleshoot. It was operator error and it worked perfectly with his help. 10 stars!!
