My doctor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout my visit. I believe one of my contact lens prescriptions may not be correct, but I’m confident this will be addressed at my follow-up appointment. The office is currently running a bit behind, which is understandable given the rush at the beginning of the year when many patients are trying to schedule appointments.
Initially, I had some concerns about the abruptness of the phone staff, but after speaking with the manager, Chris, I better understand the situation and appreciate the clarification. I've been going to Vally Eye and Vision Clinic for years and will continue to do so. The doctor knows his stuff! He was very patient with me, and we finally got a solution to my problem. As with any business, the staff is forever changing. They continue to hire great employees which is very important to me. Thank you!
Everything was perfection EXCEPT... the cost of frames ridiculously high with all the alternative options these days. STARTING price of $250 is crazy... especially for kids that need 2 pair just to make it a year... Exam portion awesome. We will keep coming for exam but seek alternative methods for purchasing hardware.
