very satisfied, ac went out, obviously very busy during heat wave. came out in very timely manner did very professional work very quickly. went through whole unit doing some cleaning and other preventative work..told me of issues that needed to be addressed to prevent other issues at later date if I chose...next day another part failed due to issue was told about previous day..this would take time to repair...leaving me no ac for several very hot days....but they have been incredible to work with, technician Chris is very fast and efficient, very professional. would highly recommend..has stopped several times before and after work to check on things...even brought couple... read full review
My new house they did all the heating and air stuff and did a great job. There was a minor issue with the draining of the upstairs AC unit months later, but they came out quickly and took care of it for me no charge.

I am in the industry and have very high expectations of the work done on my own home. With that being said I was leery of who I hired to do my retrofit. I chose polhamus because they are a local preferred contractor with the county for rebates and they are a union shop. They weren’t the cheapest but they were the most thorough on initial meeting.
