A little accident- Keys fell into the lake, turned out to be a lesson learned. Jim's lock service came to try and render help, in the middle of no where, super late at night (almost midnight) unfortunately luck was not on our side at that moment. He helped a buddy of mine just 20 min ago! My buddy is working and his mother-in-law had thought she locked herself out!!!! Was there within 20 min of calling!!! Benji I believe was his name!!!!! Very great customer service!!! Thank you guys sooo much!

Had my extra key fob fail on me so I bought another off of Amazon. Dozens of YouTube videos later, no luck. These guys had me fixed up with three working key fobs in 10 minutes for a very reasonable price, too.
