Terry worked on our irrigation system after discovering a serious leak hissing under the house. He did an excellent job creating a new faucet and took care of the other non functioning outlets so that another drip system can be put in. So grateful for his expertise and quick organized work!

When I called to find out about replacing our HVAC unit, they came out the next day, gave us estimate and that was the cost. They did the tear out and installation in the same day. Very professional, quality installation. Thanks for a great job.

Johnny and his crew came in on time and worked efficiently replacing a 40+ year old system. They finished ahead of schedule and left the worksite clean and organized! Highly recommend Basin!! They got us on the schedule quick before it got too hot!

Horrible service and communication. Wasn’t given an actual quote until after they began working so had no choice but to pay the overpriced fee which was roughly an additional $800 over what we told over the phone. We were told $120 for them to come out plus “a bit more” for labor. Did not expect that to be $800 more. At the very least, we should have been given an accurate quote before they began service.

Very expensive for the work done - they tell you a price on phone it will be around and then increase it 5x or more! Then at the end added even more - total bait and switch and will never recommend them to anyone. Get a WRITTEN estimate from them upfront or you’ll be in for a surprise later!
