Was told they could be there to tow within 1 hour. 2 hours later received a call that they could not get to me for 4 more hours, but could get a sister company there in 45 minutes but would cost an additional $150. If I canceled and called another company I would be charged a cancelation fee. Horrible business model holding customer over a barrel when they could not hold up their end of the deal....disgusting!!! Would not recommend, call someone else, they are half the price. $415 to get 3 miles to the shop, what a joke!

My little Subaru decided to break down on me on my way home and I'm so glad I called this business! the lady that answered the phone was soooo nice and sweet! I didn't feel like just another dollar. She had genuine kindness and reassured me that the tow truck would be here ASAP! And she meant it! The truck was here in less than 30 minutes and the gentleman was also very nice and said to just leave the keys and hop in the truck while he took care of everything! Absolutely amazing customer service!! Hopefully I won't be breaking down again anytime soon, but if I do, they'll be the first ones I call!!

As a rule you wait 900hrs for arrival. These folks not only kept me informed but arrived in a timely matter and at the offered eta. Driver was absolutely on his game. I hope this company thrives for years to come.

My car instrument panel read my gas mileage left wrong and my car ended up dying about 10 minutes out of elma on SR 12 closest gas station walking in either direction was about an hour. Call this place send out a tow truck that had gas to to fill my car absolutely wonderful service and incredibly quick speed to my location. The tow truck was at my location in under 20 minutes. Very friendly polite end a reasonable price.
