We had Verum Construction create the drawings, develop the raw land and build a new home top to bottom. They were excellent the whole way. They communicated well and performed all phases as requested. They even gave us great advice along the way. I highly recommend them.
We hired Verum Const to remodel and update our back deck and cover. Their knowledge of construction and their ability to communicate with us in a manner that made it easy for everyone to understand and be on the same page, made our project successful. The project manager was on site a least once a week, and was available and responsive to our phone calls and questions. Their crew, and the crews of their subcontractors were all professional and courteous. The job site was kept clean and clutter free on a daily basis. We had Verum Const revamp our deck to our current needs. We are so glad we did! They came in and offered plenty of options, showed us pictures of similar type projects. We then selected options and they provided renderings on how it would look on our home. With a few tweaks they were able to plan everything out to provide a timeline, cost, and contract. They went over every detail of the project from contract, schedule, and subcontractors site visits. The planning and the communication was the key to a smooth execution of our project. With the wide range of capabilities that they possess, we would not hesitate to hire them for future projects.
