A couple years ago I did some “fun” stuff with my hair at a different salon that ended up damaging it very badly. I lost all hope in ever getting my hair healthy again, lost all hope in hair stylists as I had a handful turn me away because it was in that rough of condition they didn’t feel comfortable even touching it. I lost nearly all confidence in looking pretty.
Kayla has worked miracles on my hair. She’s so easy to talk to, works me into her schedule, and most importantly— got my hair back in good shape to where I’m not embarrassed of it anymore. I can not say enough good things about Kayla and her team of artists at Thairapy. I’ve been seeing Kayla for years and absolutely adore her. She is a true master. Her and her team make your comfort and happiness their number one priority as soon as you walk through the door.

The owner, staff, ambiance and overall quality of this amazing place is unmatched. From the moment you walk into TWSS, you are greeted directly by Kayla (owner) or one of the staff and are immediately transported to a world of relaxation, positivity and pampering. I love this spa, and everyone in it. I have always been treated with kindness, respect and patience when I have visited. Kayla has truly made this a must-visit spa in Snohomish county and any treatment you choose, will blow you away with the amount of detail and hands on care they provide to each client.
