Mystic Mountain and Cindy were great! Beautiful location, fair priced, and our red poodle pup LOVED IT! The training was very beneficial and Cindy gave us TONS of tips. We definitely made progress learning proper leash techniques and establishing boundaries with our puppy. This came at a perfect time because of the limited puppy socializing classes due to COVID-19 lock down. We were also moving and wanted our puppy to be boarded somewhere we trusted. I'm so happy we found Mystic Mountain.😀
I have been boarding my pets here since 2010. They are always happy to go there and the fact that I can contact Cindy if I am worried is a godsend. I have boarded 5 dogs and 2 cats there with never an issue. In my humble opinion you couldn’t leave your pets in better hands. Cindy cares deeply for the animals she cares for!!
5 stars!!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cindy and the staff at Mystic Mountain! Our dog visits with them multiple times a year and has a blast every time! They are so accommodating, kind and thoughtful. We live in Seattle and I happily drive to Monroe anytime we need to board our dog because I know he is not only well cared for but is having a great time - this helps me enjoy my vacation even more as well!
