He helped us by giving insurance pointers, researching official records, finding the root cause of the issue, working on permits, engaging an engineering firm, coming up with a proposal to address the problem and suggesting additional resources as well. Above all, we appreciated his friendliness, dedication, honesty and clarity from the start and throughout this whole ordeal.
