Staff was very friendly, had an elderly lady help me when I went. She was very informative, and helpful but I didn't love that she told me what service I was getting. You can only book appointments via a phone call. I'm not sure where things got mixed but I had wanted a facial and some waxing done. The waxing seemed to miss a lot of what I had hoped to remove. It didn't feel like she had enough wax for area she was waxing. She finished the appointment with some lovely flower sprays which unfortunately turned overpowering and I spent a better part of the day tasting roses. While I might go back for a facial, I wouldn't go back for a wax.

Rachel provides such a relaxing, pleasant atmosphere and experience. She really understands individual needs and is a wealth of knowledge. Her treatments are amazing and her space is tranquil. I love coming here!
