A Heartfelt Thank You to Genesis Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration in Monroe When our 15 year old heating and cooling system quit in the middle of summer, I asked on local Facebook groups who to call. Everyone said to reach out to Mike at Genesis. Mike came out right away, took one look, and told me the truth I didn’t want to hear. Our unit was done for. He saw my face, and I think he instantly understood what that kind of news meant for us. We started talking, and he asked about what we do here. I am so impressed by Josh and Jacob! They arrived on time, provided all the information I needed to know, answered any and all questions I had and did the job to perfection! They took extra Care to make sure that all of my expectations were met The job area was left extremely clean and the price was fabulous!
Genesis and their team have been extraordinarily helpful with our HVAC needs. We recently had to replace our gas furnace due to incorrect piping that was causing backflow of carbon dioxide, and we were a bit stuck with where to go. We could have gone with a bigger company, but we wanted to do something local + family-owned. Our general contractor recommended Genesis, so we went with them.
