We've been taking our pets, 3 cats and 3 dogs to Cascade Animal Clinic for 12 years for their care and checkups. They saved one of our cats life 7 years ago. They have always shown care and compassion to us and our pets. Several we've had put to sleep and Cascade showed us their love, care and compassion. They're consistent and quick to help at anytime.

We had to take our dog Zelda in last minute for an intestinal issue. Our regular vet was booked so we needed an emergent visit. Veterinarian was friendly and no nonsense. Did not feel like they were pushing for unnecessary tests or billing. Straightforward exam and prescription. Cost was reasonable considering it was an emergent issue. No one ever likes paying for these unexpected things, but veterinarians put in a considerable amount of education and sacrifice to be the ones who care for our pets.

The environment is friendly. The vet was kind and easy to understand. Our dog gave him a scare but he handled it well and didn’t make me feel bad for that unfortunate incident, I still feel bad it happened at all. I also didn’t feel pressured to have an X-ray that I thought may be needed, so we didn’t have to spend money we didn’t have. Very kind and thoughtful manner from all the staff from check-in until check-out.
