“My mom's a friend of Ria, so I've been going there for a couple years now. She had always done amazing cuts and dyeing. I've had my hair cut shorter, gotten bangs, gotten an ombre, got a wolf cut, and just let her pick my hair style long as she dyed my hair so it faded into purple, and she has never let me down. I'm not one to give 5 stars lightly, but this place deserves it. They are amazing and I always recommend everyone here. Plus she is amazing with curly hair. If you have curly hair GO HERE!!!“

“I believe EBS is under new ownership. I was referred by a friend who gave glowing reviews. I've been twice and I wish I had known earlier. The owner is meticulous in her hair cutting. And the hot towel treatment is quite nice. All for a reasonable price.“

“Big Dawg Barbershop is definitely one of the best spots in Tacoma for a haircut. The boys are always welcoming, laid back, and have great conversation. It’s the kind of place where you can actually relax, enjoy the whole experience, and know you are going to look good when you walk out. Scheduling is super easy, and they’re always willing to be flexible if I ever needed to adjust or fit something in.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Josh for the past 2 years, and he’s been consistent every single time. The conversations are always real and easy, and he knows exactly how I like my cut. I would usually go with a low fade and take some length off the top, and he nailed it every visit. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and cares about his clients. I always looked forward to coming in and catching up with Josh and the boys.
