We absolutely love Zen Dragons! The atmosphere is warm, supportive, and truly feels like a family. The senseis are amazing — patient, professional, and genuinely caring about each child’s growth and well-being.
My child has been attending for almost a year, and we are very happy with the experience. We’ve seen great progress not only in karate skills, but also in confidence, discipline, and focus.
We are grateful to be part of such a positive and encouraging community and highly recommend Zen Dragons to any family looking for a great martial arts program!
This place is great. The whole staff is beyond friendly and welcoming. My 6 year old loves it. As a parent of a boy with lots of energy, I love that he gets a 1 on 1 lesson for some focus and then he has access to all the group classes and sparring on the weekends. Great space for the kids to have fun, learn and develop (with out telling them they are learning)
I’m an old guy so my Kenpo is not as physical as it used to be. We know that Kenpo is a meld of mind and body, so with the guidance of Sensei Brandon, I have been exploring the cerebral aspect of our art. Knowing the why and the intricacies of techniques and forms is just as stimulating as a group workout. Does an old guy good.
