OPTUM IS A JOKE I tried to see Dr Wong (endocrinologist) in June 2024. The first available appointment was in Oct, so I took it. Come Aug, Optum called and cancelled the appointment and rebooked for Jan 2025 because Dr Wong was actually on vacation on my date in Oct. Now it's mid-Dec and they just called again to cancel because they are not in network with my insurance. I offered to pay cash which they refused. I was a patient of The Everett Clinic for 40+ years. Since Optum took over they've made it very clear they are not interested in caring for their patients. They serve their shareholders ONLY. Never going there again.

Just went in yesterday with Covid - they were great- triaged me in within minutes- and I saw Dr Tu who was absolutely amazing! He spent time with me explaining everything- he answered all of my questions- I’ll definitely come back to this location if I need to. Very easy to find - and caring staff.

There was almost no wait in the morning, everyone was rlly nice, and Dr. Swensen answered all of our questions and was very patient with us!

Two of my last 3 visits were spectacular and worth all the 5+ stars. Very skilled and coordinated care from all.
This last visit explained all the low ratings you see as I waited for the doctor for over 30 minutes after the nurse opened a wound to take a look. The doctor was very impatient after all that time. The replacement coverage they provided fell off as soon as I got home. I felt like I would have been better off waiting until a weekday as my infection risk increased by having gone here.

The staff is quite rude in this place, including front desk, medical assistant, lab technician. Doctor is alright but kind of impatient. Not sure if I want to go to this place again.

Timothy OMeara is a wonderful pediatrician, he's very thoughtful and caring. We have been going to him since 2014 or so at the Everett Clinic. The walk in clinic is easy to navigate and every time we've had to go it wasn't too bad of a wait time. There's not much toys for the kids to play with in the wait area so if that's an issue make sure to pack a few toys before going.

It is the worst clinic I have ever been to, yesterday 4/29/2024 I went to an urgent care, after waiting 2 hours and 40 minutes they check me, but they couldn't read me the results because the X-R technician had already left, gone. I could see that they have little staff, but they accept all patients, no mentioning the waiting time, them you wait 2 hours, they accept more patients than they have the capacity to care for. Today they called me, left a voice message, I called them back and they hung up on me. A total Clinic disaster, I spent 2:40 hours listening to the claims and complaints of other patients about the delay and poor service. No start at all for them
