Timothy OMeara is a wonderful pediatrician, he's very thoughtful and caring. We have been going to him since 2014 or so at the Everett Clinic. The walk in clinic is easy to navigate and every time we've had to go it wasn't too bad of a wait time. There's not much toys for the kids to play with in the wait area so if that's an issue make sure to pack a few toys before going.
After all the bad reviews, I wasn't happy about coming here. But the front desk was polite and efficient. The nurses were professional and friendly, and the doctor was professional and reassuring. I thought it was great. And there was no wait at 2pm.
While the doctors I think are great the front office staff and the lab techs are not. The front staff is not friendly. They don't greet with any warmth not do they offer an apology for a delayed appt. I made an appt to pick up a cup. I was told I had to make an appt so they would have it ready. When I got there the front lady wasn't friendly. I had to wait 30 minutes to be given the sample cup, which was already supposed to be ready.. The lab tech wasnt friendly either and no one apologized for the delay. They expect you to be professional and on time but no professionalism is granted in return... read full review
