I had the best experience here. My girls were overdue for dental work, and I as a dentalphobe myself struggle with getting them to the dentist. They were brought quickly into a warm friendly clinic, and what stood out to me was that the noise of the open room overwhelmed my extremely shy ADHD older daughter and her hygienist recognized that, offered her a quiet private room, revealed she also had ADHD and was just Annika's hero. Both girls had cleanings, checkups and X-rays and really seemed to enjoy it! The bad news was my little one needed two teeth extracted to make room for her overcrowded adult teeth. This is the child who kicked the nurse she got her vaccine from and is hysterical at all thought of discomfort. But a week later we showed up for that appointment: 35 minutes later we left, with two of her teeth in a box, sealants on her back molars, and a kid totally happy with the whole thing. She didn't even know it when they gave her novacaine! It was so impressive and professional and positive. I am grateful and excited to have found this excellent office.

I have had good luck with the doctor and hygienist but why do the front dest ladies have such terrible attitudes! It's ridiculous! Find another job where you don't have to work with people. Guess I need to find a new dentist!

Thank you to the entire awesome staff at Family Dental Care of Mill Creek! My life as an entrepreneur is very fast paced and I appreciate the prompt manner Dr. John Szerszen and his colleagues were able to have my dental work completed. I felt that my time and concerns were heard, as well as valued. For that, I am very grateful. It takes me a lot to trust and I have that with him and the staff.

Dr. John Szerszen and his staff are truly amazing. I have been coming to this office for routine care for 6 years and everyone is so friendly, just like family! Previous to Dr Szerszen, Dr Kane was my Dentist and I was a little bit nervous with a change in the ownership. Luckily Dr Szerszen is just as wonderful as Dr Kane and he has a GREAT sense of humor! Ask him about his digital x-ray gun and traffic monitoring sometime!!! ?

My daughter is 12 months old and we brought her for her first check-up shortly after her birthday. After making the appointment, I received a few email reminders about the appointment which I appreciated. They sent me the forms to fill out at home so that I wouldn't need to do that when we came in. The receptionists were pleasant, and the waiting room was very kid-friendly. When we went to the back, a kind assistant gave my daughter a chew toy (to keep!) while she talked me through some handouts I was sent home with regarding brushing, snacks for healthy teeth, etc. She was extremely friendly and explained exactly what would happen during the quick exam. When the dentist came, he sat knee-to-knee with me as I held my daughter and he did the quick exam/fluoride treatment. He was friendly and worked well with my daughter even though she was crying (hates anyone going into her mouth). I was pleased with the appointment - short and pain-free. I told my PEPS friends about my experience, and one of my friends brought her 14 month old there after my recommendation. About a week later, I got a handwritten thank you card from the office, with a $20 Starbucks card to show their appreciation for the referral! Those little details make a big difference to me, and I feel like few businesses show appreciation for referrals anymore. I hope our future appointments are just as smooth as the first one!

The billing staff is unfriendly and unwilling to work with patients. Been taking my 4 kids there for a few years and after billing my insurance the most recent time, they send me a bill for the outstanding balance. Without any consideration for the difficult time my family recently went through, they tossed our bill off to collections and refused to see my kids anymore and the staff was so rude and unprofessional on the phone. Who treats people like that?! This is years after giving them thousands of dollars. They don't care about their patients, it's all about money with them. Don't send your kids there!

I have been taking my 2 sons here for years and have been impressed with how they have been cared for. My first born has had some challenging dental issues (and a few emergencies) and I was able to reach the doctor on a weekend. I am quite picky and would happily refer this office to anyone :)

After moving to WA we needed to find a new dentist for our 2 year old. The appointment was easy to schedule and Marie was so kind to our daughter, and the doctor did great with her. She was a little nervous at first but got through it without any tears. Thanks Marie! You are a natural with little ones! She loves her goody bag!

My son has been going here for years. Today was his first filling. WOW! The staff, Whitney and Doctor and Hygienist were so sweet, caring, sensitive and Patient!! I cannot tell you how amazed you'll be! You will not be disappointed!! I can't even thank everyone enough!!
