    This location is so clean and the staff were amazing! One of the nicest LA fitness gyms I’ve been too!

    The gym’s shower water is often not hot enough. As someone with allergic rhinitis, I need hot water to avoid triggering symptoms, but the low temperature has caused flare-ups multiple times. Please improve the water heating system.

    After my father suffered a stroke, I immediately called the gym’s office to cancel his membership, knowing that the billing would be withdrawn from my credit card within two days. Despite notifying them right away, the company refused to refund the annual fee, stating that he had signed up just one month earlier.

    Not only did they refuse to refund the annual fee, but they also charged me for an additional month of membership after I had canceled. When I contacted the company headquarters, I was told to speak with the local gym. The local supervisor said they needed to contact the district manager, but I still have not received any resolution or refund.

    I disputed the charges with my credit card company. However, the gym charged my card again a couple of days later, as they still had my card information.

    When I tried to follow up with the local gym in person, the front desk employee was loudly speaking negatively about me while I was present, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The staff were rude and showed no concern for my situation, caring only about collecting payment.

    I have been a member of this gym for over a decade prior to the pandemic, and I have never experienced such heartless and unprofessional behavior. Because of this experience, I will never return to this location.

    Some equipments have been broken for more than 2 weeks and still waiting for service. I enrolled in Pilates but it is quite impossible to book. The gym is quite clean and the guys in the front desk are very friendly.

    The most poorly run location I've ever visited. I never had a problem with LA fitness until moving to Mill Creek. This location is constantly dirty run by lazy staff or always on their phones. There is no air circulation in the building. It constantly smells like hot farts and sweat. The equipment is constantly broken and or getting stolen . out of the stair steppers available You're lucky if two are working on any given day. One time I stepped on a stair master that was broken without a sign and smashed my face into the machine . 50% of the time either pool has been shut down by the health department or the Sauna is broken. Their equipment got stolen again so I went to the back to use the empty room full of extra equipment and they told me I couldn't use that because I'm not a premium member. Why would I go to a gym without equipment. LA Fitness corporate should be embarrassed.
