Our first experience with Cascadia Comfort was a very positive one. We suspected a refrigerant pipe was leaking from our existing heat pump system causing damage to a window. We called Cascadia Comfort and they immediately scheduled an appointment for us with Riley. Riley arrived right on time and got to work to identify the problem. He was extremely thorough and kept us informed at all times. He did need to return a second time to do the repairs, but he was able to finish ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend Cascadia Comfort. Fantastic, small business I’m more than happy to support! Everyone was friendly on the phones and in person. Riley, is a super cool guy and fixed our leaking mini split that was installed incorrectly by another company. He also did yearly maintenance on the whole system. Thankful for his great attitude and work ethic. I’m very picky about my floors and he didn’t hesitate to wear shoe covers and clean up if he made a mess. Adam and Riley seem extremely knowledgeable in HVAC systems and I would be more than happy to use them again if the need were to arise.
