First time here! Loved the staff and they made me feel comfortable, while my son got his checkup. Reassuring me it was normal that he cried because what person really likes to get their annual dental checkup. Anyway recommend and excited to have my son go here until he is too grown!
My child has been a patient here for several years, and we’ve always had wonderful experiences. Dr. Vu and her staff are friendly, warm, and professional with children and their adults, and easily able to calm my child’s nerves and increase his confidence during dental appointments.
Dr. Vu and her staff are incredible. My daughter was becoming very anxious opening her mouth wide and letting the hygienist use their water and suction tools, but the staff did an amazing job and calmed her nerves. Today she cracked a tooth and needed an extraction - what could have been a scary and stressful situation was averted by the kind and caring staff. Dr. Vu expertly administered the novocaine and extracted the tooth while she watched a video. She did squirm, but they diffused the situation and kept her calm and happy.
