I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Kyle and Derrick at Helix for a tennis-related knee injury that lasted over a year. I’d seen many PTs and chiropractors (including some popular with MICC club members), and Helix is the best. They’re kind, patient, and use a thoughtful, almost meditation-like approach that requires patient self-awareness during exercises. Derrick gave me just a few targeted exercises and, within a week, my knee felt much better; after a few visits, it was 95% improved and I was back on court.
