Customer service was amazing. My hair looks great. It is gray, and she was able to trim the edges without taking off any length. I also do not color it and she put some sort of clear coat on it to make it look FAR less frizzy and help have some control. Being a former King County girl with a lot more options, I would highly recommend her!!!

Teresa does nails and she's very talented! I honestly feel like the design I got was a little underwhelming for her talents. (A personal opinion, the artist did not imply this) The girl next to me got this really clown set with a little bit more detailed art, and it was very cute!
It is a multi person workplace and they are constantly helping each other. So you may get asked if you want an additional service done by multiple people because they're checking in. I never had anyone ask me if I wanted a pedicure twice, just three different women who had the same question. (I feel like that gets misinterpreted as pushy sometimes rather than a productive workplace)
