A bedroom smoke alarm battery died around 6 a.m, 10/24/23. The alarm kept chirping (nice word for an annoying sound blast) every 5 minutes or so. I got my ladder (at 80 years old) and tried to insert a new 9V battery. I failed and dislodged the unit from its base. The sound blast continued every 5 seconds or so. At 8:05 a.m., reached Schumacher Electric and in less than half an hour, Randy was at my house and fixed the alarm. He even replaced a battery in another room smoke alarm. Schumacher Electric saved me from a nervous breakdown. I tried to pay them, but Randy wouldn't take it. God bless Schumacher Electric.

I scheduled an appointment for a cut and color with Nikita! I was really nervous about getting back into coloring my hair. She was so sweet and helpful when it came to choosing the color, she had explained to me what my best options for color would be too which I really appreciated. The whole process from beginning to end went so smoothly. For me personally, customer service is huge and this salon has amazing customer service which really is few and far between nowadays. If you need to tame your beard this is the place to go! Chris rocks.. literally! This is the only place I get my hair cut in Washington.
Andrew was friendly and accommodating. I had two locations on the same property that needed carpet and linoleum. In process I needed to have some subflooring work done and he fit that in quickly so the job didn't have to stop. This work was fairly priced and the carpet and linoleum quality was good. Should I have more flooring I will be calling this company again.
I would definitely recommend this company. We have continued to use them for many jobs. The price quoted is always perfect unless I change the order and work to be done They seem to be able to do floors, painting , theatre rooms , bathrooms complete , cabinets etc. great job.
