Just had my regular five year eye glass appointment because I’m a regular human who doesn’t go annually like I’m supposed to. I just had to come give credit to Liz. She was beyond helpful and kept her lovely smile even when customers came in near the end of my appt and immediately met her kind welcome with cold rude responses followed by them talking about the smell in the store (an elderly gentleman smelt a little like B.O.). It’s not often you have a knowledgeable employee who can also keep a cool head when entitled folks try to bring the mood down.
Keep kickin ass Liz and I’ll see ya on the 21st to get my glasses!

Every Staff member was very friendly showed professionalism while attending to Clients. Store manager seemed very knowledgeable and helpful to both clients and staff in all areas . Staff were always coming to her for consultations .
My heart was so full when I walked into Americas’s Best today. Ty greeted me with the sweetest face that made me instantly open up about my issues, and I left beyond grateful! I haven’t had the best experiences with this company over the years, but Ty fulfilled ALL of my expectations and more. Professional, patient and especially kind. I will always come back because of Ty.
