Everyone was great. Not a bad experience. Very helpful picking out frames & took their time with me. They helped me figuring out what I would need with transitional’s and stuff. I’m a bit of a newb w/ prescriptions & these guys helped out a lot!
Good job on the glasses. However, I must comment on Miss Aubree, she should not be involved with customer interactions. Her attitude is deplorable, doesn't want to listen and is annoyed with any other input other than her own. She should be on the deep fryer back where customers aren't involved.
Just had my regular five year eye glass appointment because I’m a regular human who doesn’t go annually like I’m supposed to. I just had to come give credit to Liz. She was beyond helpful and kept her lovely smile even when customers came in near the end of my appt and immediately met her kind welcome with cold rude responses followed by them talking about the smell in the store (an elderly gentleman smelt a little like B.O.). It’s not often you have a knowledgeable employee who can also keep a cool head when entitled folks try to bring the mood down.
Keep kickin ass Liz and I’ll see ya on the 21st to get my glasses!
