Very happy with Property Doctors- most recently they did some bathroom recaulking which was done perfectly. They also installed a new deck for us previously, communicating well throughout the project with an excellent final result.

Our deck got smashed in the windstorm of November 2024 by a large tree. We had Property Doctors LLC recommended to us, so we called them. Melek gave us a very fair bid and also offered to clean up the fallen, huge, tree. He and his are crew is friendly, incredibly hard working, professional and thorough. Melek noticed things the other bidders we had, had missed. His motto seems to be that to do a job right, you have to over perform. He did a lot more than the deck and didn't charge us extra.
