After falling from a truck bed onto concrete 18 months ago, I was told by two doctors that I needed a hip replacement. I disagreed, and I’m glad I did.
Megan listened and took a unique approach that has proven incredibly successful. Within a month, I went from not being able to walk up a small hill and needing surgery to running up stairs, standing on one leg to put on my socks, and sitting cross-legged. She gave me the confidence to push through my limits. She is a true professional, and her staff, Abby and Ryan, at ProAction are fantastic. I highly recommend them all.

I was fortunate to see Todd for my physical therapy. Todd didn’t just give me exercises to recover-he educated me on every aspect of what could have caused the original injury and how to be aware of my body so that I can avoid repeating the injury. The facility was always clean & pleasant to be in. And, the staff, from the front office (Meg) to confirmation call for my next day appointment, was always a great experience. I would highly recommend ProAction Physical Therapy to anyone.
