Lupe very knowledgeable about Canelo and takes good care of him while grooming him. Gives great report card of her time with him! The other employees are also very good and someone greets us every time we go into the store!!!

I think they have a decent selection. The staff will give you confident recommendations that are not always correct. Some of the staff is incredibly friendly others not so much. Hit and miss.

They took great care of our frenchie. When we took him for the first time, he was a bit apprehensive about the new experience, but the staff were so kind and attentive to him. I love how they also ensure everyone's safety with dog collar tags of pet owners' names and numbers. Great experience ? highly recommend doggie daycare @ petsmart Overlake-Bellevue WA.
