⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently lost power in Stanwood during one of the windstorms, and I can’t say enough good things about the Generac generator Parker Brothers Electric installed. The second the power went out, I didn’t even have to think about it — within minutes the generator kicked on automatically. My fridge stayed on, the TV came back, and I was able to keep watching the game like nothing happened.
When they first installed it, I didn’t realize how valuable it would be, or how seamless the automation is. The crew did a top-notch job making sure the right appliances and circuits were covered, and everything has worked perfectly and safely. Huge kudos to Parker Brothers Electric for their quality work and professionalism — this generator has already proven itself worth every penny!

I am absolutely fed up with these guys. By far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I have called a number of times and have never gotten a call back. Ultimately my other half had to call and they were willing to call her back for some reason. Parker bros then went ahead and scheduled the install date on a random day without asking our availability. Then the lady had the audacity to get annoyed when we asked why they scheduled it without our permission. Then they couldn't get an inspector to show up. I waited a whole day for the guy to no-show. Do they think I am free all day every day??
After numerous calls and emails to parker bros, the process is still on going when it should have been done already. This company has got to go. I will ensure anyone and everyone knows how terrible the experience with parker brothers is.
