I’ve searched for a lonnnng time to find someone who is both knowledgeable about hair AND kind to their clients. I found that in Faith. She greeted me warmly when I came in with a smile on her face. It’s the little things that make the difference. She is so thorough and intentional about how she takes care of your hair. Her shop is clean, inviting, and easy to get to. I left her shop feeling like Beyoncé! Faith is a true professional and a rare gem. I seriously can’t wait to go back.
1st time ever coming to this place and it will not be my last. I absolutely love the whole vibe of the place and Natasha who braided my hair, did an awesome job. I love how my braids turned out!
Absolutely loved the customer service & willingness to help the client understand how to maintain their hair. We were using a voucher from my child's school as payment, and it covered only specific, basic hair cut. The Stylist went above and beyond and took time detangling the hair, gave her a relaxer, flat ironed it and styled it. She made sure I understood how to maintain the style and keep my child's hair manageable and moisturizered before I left. She did all that purely to give the client a great hair style, regardless of ability to pay for the extra effort. I highly recommend this salon for any parent struggling with their curly haired daughters hair.
