After years of going to this vet I called it quits. I wouldn't recommend Cascade Vet unless you like not having your time valued and you love getting hit with any junk fee they can throw at you. seriously with all of the bad choices out there I don't know why in the world this place even has one customer left. The front desk staff especially the manager is rude and lacks any kind of customer service. On top of that, I cannot over emphasize enough how they will hit you with junk fees, trying to squeeze out every penny that they can from their loyal customers. The office manager solution to the problems that we had with them was to "fire" us and threatened that we better not tell anyone about our experience with them. I will never return there and I feel that everyone needs to know how this clinic does business. After all the years we are done with them
