I moved into a new place and didnt realize the floor in the kitchen had a lot of softspots that led to the planks coming apart. I reached out to Flooring Direct to see if they could help. Even though the floors weren't installed by them, they were able to fix the damages. They were on time and did an amazing job. My floor is solid and would definitely use them again.

We bought some carpet and LVP from Flooring Direct with installation. Dmitriy came onsite to do our estimation. He's very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. Definitely an industry pro. George in sales did a great job at helping us understand our options, answered any of our questions thoroughly and set us up with the exact right materials for a stairwell and a bathroom/utility room. He was also very efficient in coordinating the installation. Alex installed our LVP and it looks absolutely brilliant and really brought some life to the bathroom. Our son hired Flooring Direct to do his floors. My husband and I live next door so we were able to watch the installers, Andre and Andre, everyday. We were so impressed that we decided to our floors done. The communication was spot on, the project started on time, and they worked everyday until they were finished. We can’t say enough about this company. Go get your floors done.
