The experience was mixed until the owner, Allen, chose not to address the issues that were supposed to be covered under the warranty terms.
I strongly advise against placing undue trust in the assurances made by the owner. While he possesses a persuasive speaking style, he consistently fails to adhere to the quoted price and adds additional charges. Furthermore, he openly admits that he does not believe he should be responsible for addressing the warranty issues, citing the fact that he mistakenly replaced the hood motor, which necessitated another replacement within two months.
I would no longer engage in business with this establishment and would not recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

I have had trouble with my Commercial Hood for weeks. Happened to see a card in my mail about a cleaning. So I was like why not? These guys serviced me so quick and the communication was #1! I was treated very politely and felt like an important customer. Not only that but they fixed my issues after others could not for 6 weeks. I am so grateful to them and will be using them only from now on. Plus they seemed like good people and easy to talk to.
