Such amazing service! They sent me a picture of the arrangement morning of delivery. It looked EXACTLY like what I had in mind! Top notch customer service and communication - highly recommend! I picked their name just randomly to deliver flowers for a friend who just lost her husband. So happy with their service!
Excellent service! I called from Hawaii to the Puyallup location for delivery in Puyallup. Julie and Karen were helpful, creative, got in to the spirit/sentiment of the bouquet and were simply wonderful. The primary bouquet was so colorful and artistic. Additionally, we had a 'special' ideas-one was a small add-on arrangement to be from the family dog. This was executed so well! Honestly, beyond 5 star seervice from the first phone call through the delivery.
We experienced the heartbreaking loss of our baby daughter years ago when my husband was active duty at Ft. Lewis. We now live across the country. It is difficult to order flowers for her birthday each year, but I know I can depend on Williams Flowers. They always put together and deliver a beautiful, playful arrangement for our angel.
