Everything went very smoothly. I felt heard. Kelsey ARNP was very nice, efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciated that she intends to find the cause of my problems now instead of messing around for months before doing the appropriate imaging.
I had bilateral carpal tunnel surgery with Dr. Howlett. He is very kind and did a good job explaining what would be done. Also, the office is efficient at getting you in and out. Overall, very pleased with my experience.
They were running quite late and Dr howlett and his assistant didn't seem to be on the same page about every thing.
But they are pleasant and as usual I was so distracted that I didn't realize the procedure was over!
