Frank and hai academy are top notch! He's an extremely friendly and articulate instructor, where the academy is as competitive as it is friendly. Highly, highly recommend checking it out if you're in the NOVA area! 10/10
This is probably going to sound a bit hyperbolic, but it really isn't. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I've had the opportunity to train at a few different gyms, and while they were all generally positive experiences, Bingo has created a uniquely welcoming and supportive environment. His instructors are also extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and approachable. The kids class also looks like a blast. There's no gouging you by requiring the purchase of an up charged gi with a gym patch. The fees are honestly probably below market. Bring yourself and your kids in, you won't regret it.
Phantom is an awesome place to train at! It is also very family friendly!I can't say enough great things about everyone there! Bingo is amazing and does a great job at making everyone feel welcome. Leo, Rod, Tyler, Jaime, Mike and Shannon are also all very great and welcoming instructors!
