Lilly’s Septic was able to come and pump our tank right away. The employee and office staff are kind and realize that if you’re calling it is an emergency! Cannot say enough good things. Highly recommend for planned and emergency pumping!

Unlike some companies like AAA who deceive their customers, Lilly's Septic is amazing from any aspects: They put the customer first and provide suggestions and solutions that benefit the customer. They respond very fast (especially if Lisa is the one you talk to) and go above and beyond. My septic field is far from them, but I can't trust any other company in my area anymore and they still provide a very reasonable price.

I don’t like reviewing businesses personally but I actually care for these folks. I live on a tricky property and they made it work without hesitation. Anita in the office did a quick map check and put me on the schedule right then. Nathan showed up two mornings later and made the experience as painless as he possibly could. I needed a new distribution box and he walked me through what would happen. Needless to say I could tell you more but, just trust that I don’t like reviews, Nathan dug the thing out, alone, in the pouring rain. He’s truly a stand up person! I go to the office to drop off a cashiers check and get met by Lisa, who I can only describe as family-like....read full review
