I just bought a condo in pretty old building and quickly discovered that all valves - including main - are almost dead. Delta Rooter was so quick to answer. I was able to schedule comfortable time, because I needed to work with HOA first. The job is done perfectly – 6 valves in less than 3 hours and now I finally could shut the water off :) thank you so much!
My experience with Delta Rooter was great from our first conversation to the last. He was knowledgeable, responsive, flexible, transparent, kind, and very respectful of my home. He removed his shoes before entering without being asked and communicated with us throughout the project. He cleaned up after himself and went above and beyond with the service. He is now my go-to plumber and I highly recommend him to everyone.
We called Mr. Peiman from Delta Rooter to fix a leaking pressure regulator in our garage. Since this leak happened over the weekend, we were in panic. Mr Peiman was able to quickly give us a very reasonable quote, and arrived to fix the leak in no time on the same day. He replaced the faulty valve, and installed a new one. We also had an overflowing dishwasher outlet that Mr Peiman offered to look at, and was able to fix in no time. He also showed me what was causing the issue, cleaned the pipe thoroughly, and refused to charge me for this extra service which wasn’t even on his schedule.
